AusLogic Technology Services has been providing technical and
internet services to the Brisbane area since November 1999.
I have been involved in electronics most of my life, learning to
deconstruct products at a young age (4), and learning to put them
back together a couple of years later (6). I've had a
life-long interest in amateur electronics (design, construction, and
repair) and had an early interest in information systems (software
and database programming in the forgotten language of Q-BASIC).
Occasionally I'll pull out the soldering iron "for old
time's sake", but my current focus is providing technical
support in a range of fields (computers, electronics,
communications) and multi-media services (web design and desktop
publishing).
My primary goal is to provide easy-to-understand support on a variety of computer and electronic
related topics. I will only undertake work if I am confident that I can provide the best possible outcome for
your needs. If I find the problem exceeds my level of expertise, my policy is "no fix, no fee" (does not
apply where faulty hardware prevents rectification of the problem).
My current clients include the home user, small business owners, professional workers, and other
organisations. Whoever the client may be, I aim to provide an exceptional level of customer service with
the project completed to perfection. I try to be flexible with appointment times, often working outside of normal business hours.
