A fee will be charged for diagnosing the problem if replacement hardware is required to complete the job but you opt not to purchase the equipment.
If you do not have the necessary drivers for hardware, licence keys for the operating system, or logon information for your internet connection and they cannot be obtained while onsite you will be charged for the time spent.
