Add email accounts in Microsoft Outlook 2003

Step 1
From the main menu choose Tools, E-mail Accounts

Choose Add a new e-mail account, and press Next.

Choose POP3 email server, and press Next.

Ensure you enter the following details carefully:

User Information - Enter your Name (e.g. John Doe) and the Email Address that was set up for you (or the one you created in cPanel).
Server Information - Set the POP3 server to your domain (e.g. mail.mysite.com.au) and the SMTP server to that of your internet service provider (e.g. mail.bigpond.com).
Logon Information - Enter your User Name (e.g. john@mysite.com.au) and your Password for that email account.

Then press Next.

Step 5
Click Finish to finish the procedure.
