Technical support is charged at a rate of $110 per hour. There is no callout fee for jobs within 20km of Forest Lake and
we have a no fix,
no fee for our desktop support when we are unable to provide a solution to the problem.
Most work is completed on site but in some circumstances we may take the computer with us to complete the work. This is the
most appropriate action where there is a lot of waiting time while software is installed and updates are applied. The cost of the
job will be lower as you won't be charged for this time.

service to correct errors without performing a factory restore.
